The location
This enchanting place can only be reached on foot from the nearby Ontano beach, which has its own car park, or from the Sentiero Valtellina, a cycle/pedestrian path that ends right next to the Wild Beach. It is a small corner of paradise protected by reeds, deliberately left in its natural state. Walking among sand, shells and wood polished by time, one seems to have landed in a magical world, set between the lake, the mountains and the mouth of the River Adda.
