Authorization to record and publish images and/or videos

With reference to the images/videos taken and/or recorded by the operators of the Festival Musica Sull’Acqua during the event period, by signing this form I authorize the Festival Musica Sull’Acqua to use and distribute, free of charge, the images and/or videos portraying myself for editorial, promotional, and publication purposes.

I declare that I waive any compensation that may arise from the publication and use of the aforementioned photographs and/or videos by any means and in any form, as indicated above, and I further declare that I have no claims whatsoever, now or in the future, against the Festival Musica Sull’Acqua or its operators regarding such publications and uses.
