Auditorium Michele Ghisla, Colico
Il luogo
The “Michele Ghisla” Auditorium is the beating cultural heart of Colico, on the Alto Lario. It is named after a key figure in local memory and social commitment: Ghisla was a Risorgimento patriot, a Garibaldian, a Mazzinian, and the founder of the local Società Operaia (Workers’ Society). The space showcases the identity of the area: a favored stage for theatrical and musical events, it serves as the “base camp” of the Festival Musica sull’Acqua. This place brings generations together and embraces the community’s cultural tradition.
